If English or Latin character is not the only language or input method you need to use in your daily computing works, other than Microsoft default input methods, you can try to use Google Input Tools, developed by Google for multiple platforms.

Google Input Tools is an input method editor which allow you to enter text in any of the supported languages using Latin character keyboards. There are several ways for the tool to create your desired input, the most common way is to type a word the way it sounds using Latin characters. It will then convert it to its native scripot.
The tool is currently supporting more than 22 different languages including Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, etc. You can download Google Input Tools for Windows 10 64-bit or 32-bit, Windows 7 or Windows 8.
Google Input Tools Offline Installer Download Free
The input tool is a free to download and use software by Google. It is available in multiple platforms including the web version, Windows PC and as a Google Chrome extension.
You can download Google Input Tools for Windows 10 Offline Installer from here. When you’ve downloaded the installation setup, install it on your Windows 10 PC.
After installing Google Input Tools, you can enable it by going to Control Panel, then Regional and Language Options, and click Add an input language to add Google input language of your choice to your language selection menu.
After added it as one of your input method, by default, you can switch to the input method by pressing ALT+Shift keys to switch between the input methods.
Google Input Tools for Chrome
If you only need it for entering texts on your browsers, you can try to use Google Input Tools for Chrome instead. It’s a much compact and simple to use version that installed as an extension on Google Chrome.
To download it, go to here. Select Add to Chrome to add Google input tools to your chrome add-ons. Restart Chrome and you should then be able to configure the input tool and start entering texts of language of your choice.
Alternatively, you can use the web version of it. You can simply select a language which you would like to input, enter Latin characters and copy the converted result to your clipboard. You can then paste it on anywhere you want.
